Peter joined Eire Og in 1998 and has played Football and Hurling for the club from Under 14 upwards. He started off winning Division 2 League titles at Under 14 in both Football and Hurling and hasn’t looked back since.

C'ship 2001 Semi-Final

He has won a few Player of the Year awards and has played County Football at Under 16 and Minor levels, reaching the Ulster final in 2001 with the Under 16 team. In fact 2001 was Peter’s best and most successful season to date. He won the Junior Championship whilst playing with the Og’s senior team and also won the South Antrim U17 Sevens championship.

C'ship 2001 Final
Peter’s most memorable moment for the club was playing against St Brigids in a friendly and scoring 1-11 out of 4-13. But the highlight of his career so far has to be winning the Junior Championship. Another good memory was scoring 1-5 on his senior debut against Moneyglass when he was only 14! His worst moment would be losing the Ulster U16 final by 3 points to Derry, after having beaten the All-Ireland champions Tyrone by 14 points in the semi-final.

Peter has played pretty much everywhere on the pitch: he played full back at Under 14 and for Antrim at Under 16 level and then moved to midfield. He now plays up into the corner for the senior team, but can play pretty much anywhere.
